Sign up below to our email list to find out when the next pop-up class will be scheduled in San Jose, in partnership with Downtown Yoga Shala at 5 E Reed St, San Jose, CA 95112. There is ample metered parking on the surrounding block or in a nearby garage.
Please dress in clothes for yoga that you don't mind a puppy nibbling on. We provide yoga mats and we provide the puppies.

What you'll experience
Immerse yourself in the perfect event of yoga.
Start with 30 minutes of all-level Yoga, surrounded by playful puppies in our studio. Then it is Puppy time! Cuddles, pictures and playtime with the puppies for 30 minutes.
What’s Included in Your Ticket:
- 60-Minute Class: Enjoy a full session of yoga and puppy fun.
- We provide a yoga mat
Important Information:
- Arrive 15 minutes early for a seamless start.
- Entry is not allowed 20 minutes after the session begins.
- Note that participating in a class with puppies carries risks like scratches or bites. Since puppy wellness is our first priority, interaction with the puppies is not guaranteed.
- All participants must sign a waiver before joining the session.
- Children must be 9 years old minimum.
Breed Announcements
Puppy breeds are usually announced 4 days before the session on our Instagram stories (@puppypopups) and on the website on this page.
Breeds are not guaranteed and may vary at the last minute for various reason.

Refunds and transfer
Given the pop-up nature of our events, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable. However, we do offer the possibility to change your class up to 3 days before the event.
